Find the right therapist for you.

About

We are a boutique practice of therapists offering a modern, client-centered approach to therapy. Fully digital and international, we make high-quality mental health support more inclusive and attuned to today’s world.

Our approach

At Third, we're bringing the search for a therapist into the modern age.

No more endless directories or confusing qualifications. We believe finding the right therapist shouldn’t feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve made it simple:

· Each therapist introduces themselves with three key words, so you get a quick sense of their style.

· Every therapist at Third meets a high standard of training, and are all registered with the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) — that’s our baseline.

· All of our therapists work with anxiety, trauma, depression, life events, grief - but they also each have specialist areas that may align with you, and what you are coming to therapy for.

Third's aim is to have the right therapist for everyone, get in touch to find out more.

Why Third Therapy?

The name Third Therapy comes from the idea of a “third space” in therapy—a space where both therapist and client can meet as equals. It’s not about one person fixing another, but about creating a safe, respectful relationship where both people bring their full selves. In this space, healing and change can happen through genuine connection, mutual understanding, and the freedom to explore new ways of relating—to yourself and to others.
